These rules are intended to try and ensure that everyone who comes to this forum can find support & friendship in a safe and confidential environment. Please read these and keep up to date with any amendments. Thank You.
INFORMATION
Upon registration, everyone will be entered into a 'Members Access' group, which will give access to other areas of the site.
The idea of this 'Access' group is that, in the event that anyone causes trouble or breaks certain rules, it 'backs up' the 'banning' option which, on it's own, is too unreliable.
Some areas of the forum are 'Private Usergroups' and only those for whom these areas are intended can access them. This is to ensure confidentiality for users. Access can be obtained by applying for membership to the appropriate group.
Please be aware that anyone found to have joined one of these groups simply out of 'curiosity' will be banned from the forum permanently. This is not a 'peepshow' forum and those seeking to use it as such will not be tolerated.

Registration/Membership
Anyone who does not offer at least 5 posts within a month of registering to this forum will be removed from membership. This is not a 'read only' forum, it is an active support forum and if you do not intend to post there is no point in registering. If, after initial posting, a member ceases to post for 3 months, their membership will be terminated.
Offensive Language
Bad language & Offensive or Racial remarks will not be tolerated - your post will be deleted and your account permanently removed from the membership. You only get 1 warning and this is it !
Personal Details
Please do not offer, or ask another member for, personal details such as 'real name' 'email address' 'home address' telephone number' via this forum. This is too ensure safety of members and confidentiality. If you are asked for this information by another member, please inform the Admin immediately. Breaking this rule ends your membership.

Please do not use this forum simply to 'advertise' your own site if you do not intend to be an active member here.
A minimum of 5 posts are required before you can advertise your site and if you stop posting after that, your link will be removed. If you start posting again, your link can be re-posted after 5 posts.
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 5 Posts per month is required to ensure your link remains in place. This is not an unreasonable request for anyone who wishes to be an 'active' member.
The Admin reserves the right to ammend these rules as and when appropriate.
